Most people know something's off. Very few can name exactly what or why the same patterns keep showing up. This 30-minute call is structured to do exactly that. We'll go into what's really going on for you, what you've tried, what keeps blocking you, and what you're actually working toward. I'll give you a clear read on the patterns I'm hearing and one or two ways to address them not generic advice, something specific to you. You'll leave with more clarity than you came in with and a real sense of whether deeper work together makes sense.

Space Between Wellness – Policies and Client Agreement Scope of Services Space Between Wellness provides educational and wellbeing-based coaching, consulting, and sound healing. These sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Confidentiality & Privacy All personal information shared is kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with Australian privacy standards. Group sessions respect collective confidentiality and safety. Age Requirement All participants must be 18 years or older unless written parental consent is provided. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee. If illness or emergency arises, please contact us to discuss options. Refunds Refunds are not provided for change of mind. If you cannot attend, your session may be rescheduled or transferred to another person with prior approval. Health & Safety By participating, you confirm you are physically and emotionally well enough to take part. You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after sessions. Sound Bath Specific Notes Sound baths involve deep relaxation and may evoke emotional responses. You may pause or leave at any time. Please inform the facilitator of any sensory, hearing, or mobility considerations. Professional Boundaries Sessions are delivered within professional and ethical guidelines, maintaining respect, consent, and clear boundaries at all times. Agreement By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
